So, it is only natural that after 10 years in the parking guidance domain and over 750 million cars counted on thousands of lots across North America that Parking Logix – a division of Logix ITS – takes a moment to reflect on just how much we’ve grown and evolved, and all the ways our smart parking technology has elevated the parking industry as a whole to an entirely new realm.
Since 2014, Parking Logix has been dedicated to bringing the very best and latest in parking guidance solutions that includes parking counting, occupancy detection, space guidance, data collection, digital signage, and wayfinding; all integrated into its own platform, but also any 3rd party apps, to accurately and in-the-moment determine parking spot availability.

The ability to monitor high-profile parking spots (like EV and ADA) for availability and overall usage is a huge notch in our already full belt that we are so excited to offer to new and existing clients thanks to third party collaboration.
