It’s that Time of the Year
Spring has finally sprung and if you work in parking and live in Texas, you know what that means. Time for the annual Texas Parking & Transportation Association Conference and Tradeshow. (Say that five times fast!) If you like smart parking or if you’d like to like smart parking, stop by this fabulous three day conference, from April 22-25, for everything parking professionals dream of.
Why We’re Going
The real reason we’re attending the event is the skeet tournament. We weren’t sure what skeet was but google told us it was a shooting sport involving a clay target thrown from a trap to simulate the flight of a bird. That is something we do not want to miss.
The second to real reason we wouldn’t miss this for the world is because we’re eager to share with all you Texas folks how your parking resources can do more for you with parking counting that costs less. Bring in more revenue, more customers, and more smiles. Texas style.
Why You Should Go
Parking Logix makes smart parking sensors that help you keep track of when and where parking spots are available in your lot. We know lots of other people do that too. But we’re pretty unique. Instead of making you drill a sensor into each spot and set up sophisticated wiring systems to pass that information where it needs to go, we simply have sensors at entry and exit points doing all the hard work. Sounds too simple? Our accuracy is just as good as all the other folks, but the wireless plug-n-play solution costs a lot less and involves no wiring or complicated set up.
This is a system you need to see for yourself. Stop by and see us in booth 22 and check out OpenSpace, the parking platform that’s putting all others to shame.
What Happens to the Data?
All the data that our sensors collect float into the air completely wirelessly. (Look Ma, no hands!) They then land right where you tell them to. It can be a sign at the entrance of your lot, your company’s website, or an integrated parking app. Let people know when and where they can park. Make them happy, and they’ll come back for more. Smart parking doesn’t get much smarter than that.
Why You Shouldn’t Go
If you’re not a parking professional, say you’re a basketball professional, you probably wouldn’t enjoy this conference. And if you don’t live in Texas, well, Texas is a big state, so you’ll probably need to travel quite a bit to get there. But hey, we won’t stop you.
Planning to Go?
If you do plan to go and want to learn more about OpenSpace and what it can do for your lot, let’s set up a time to chat. We’d love for you to take OpenSpace for a spin.
